Shangnuo machinery provide automatic eye drop filling and labeling production line have below technical parameters:
1. The equipment integrates filling, stoppering, capping, screwing / rolling capping and bottle discharging, with compact and flexible structure, which can be used by a single machine and form an automatic production line.
2. PLC control system, large touch operation interface, automatic production statistics.
3. The whole shell is made of stainless steel, and the equipment is beautiful, easy to clean and anti pollution, which ensures the comfortable production environment
4. Peristaltic pump metering can adjust the filling volume within a certain range, and the adjustment is convenient; the filling accuracy is high.
5. The material does not contact the metering pump, and flows directly from the hose. The filling head is simple in structure, easy to disassemble, easy to clean and disinfect
6. The filling system has a drip proof system.
7. No filling without bottle (only limited to peristaltic pump) / no plug / no cover.
